Our inaugural offering of sparkling wine!  Introducing Enkidu Wine non-vintage Brut!  We always wanted to have our own sparkling wine for the past 10 years…and here it is! 

Fresh with apple, brioche, honey and a hint of juniper berry, this sparkling wine will provide pleasure for your celebrations, or equally with pizza on your evening deck. 

Made of Chardonnay, 56%, Pinot Noir 35%, and Pinot Meunier 9%. Drinking well now, but will age well for the next 5-7 years.
