This blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre was whole-cluster-pressed to produce a lovely delicate color. We then barrel-fermented Shamhat for more roundness and complexity.  It has bright flavors of melon and strawberry, with some brioche and a slight herb.  Our rosé is ready for melon and prosciutto, or even split roasted chicken and risotto.  At just 12.8% alcohol, this is your spring and summer sipper for Rosé all day!  Just 115 cases produced.
