2021 Sauvignon Blanc, Sonoma County
Our Sauvignon Blanc was fermented and aged in French oak barrels, 25% new. Producing the wine in barrel, in contact with the lees (dead yeast cells), adds richness, flavor, and complexity.
Aromas of river rock and flint accompanied by lemon peel, hay, and coriander. The flavors are full with green apple, pineapple, nectarine, hay, and brioche.
