The shining star in our Cabernet Sauvignon program, "ANSAR", is only produced when we can find exceptional fruit from mountainside vineyards in Sonoma County. Composed of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, created from three vineyards, mostly from elevation, with 83% from Sonoma, 17% from Napa and aged in 60% new French oak. Rich with classic Cabernet characters of cassis, blackberry, a hint of pencil shaving, and a dash of dried sage. This wine is impressive on all levels with unbelievable depth and a long finish. Drink well now through 2032.
